This is an agreement between Bright Side Photography Co. , MILL CREEK RESORT and the models participating in the Glamping Tent Photoshoot on September 18, 2024

Models hereby grant permission to Courtney Brown ( Bright Side Photography Co.)  the Photographer and Mill Creek to use my likeness in photographs and/or videos taken on September 18, 2024.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Consent: I voluntarily consent to the use of my likeness, including but not limited to photographs and/or videos, for commercial purposes related to the promotion and marketing of Mill Creek and Bright Side Photography Co. This includes, but is not limited to, digital marketing , social media, and website usage, stock image creation.
2. Copyright: I acknowledge and agree that the Photographer retains the copyright ownership of the photographs/videos. I understand that the photographs/videos are the intellectual property of the Photographer, and I have no rights to reproduce, sell, or distribute the images/videos without the Photographer's express written consent. All images received will be watermarked with the option to purchase images for digital marketing usage without the watermark.
3. Compensation: In consideration for the use of my likeness, I acknowledge and agree that I shall not receive any financial compensation or royalties for the use of the photographs/videos.
4. Waiver of Liability: I release the Photographer and Mill Creek from any liability arising out of the use of the photographs/videos. I understand that the Photographer and Mill Creek will ensure the responsible use of the images/videos.
5. Legal Age or Guardian Consent: I hereby represent that I am of legal age and have the right to enter into this agreement.
