It has been an interesting thing watching the culture of alcohol consumption shift over the last ten years - as Ian mentioned in his grand opening welcome speech "A sober bar didn't even exist as an idea before" and we got to witness the parking lot fill with community members from near and far (I heard a few folks drove 3 hours one way to be there!) to support the opening of a beautiful zero proof lounge and bottle shop curated by Carly and Ian Blessings, the owners of ALL THE BITTER where they already have built a beautiful business and community crafting non-alcoholic cocktail bitters. I can't wait to see what the next chapter of ATB has in store - what a treat for Chico town (a town that historically has been known for partying and alcohol consumption!)

I've personally taken their bitters camping with me.

Recently, I was inspired by their in store display and brought home multiple ingredients to make a fun cocktail at home.

But having the chance to enjoy a cold beverage while shopping their bottle shop was just the cherry on top!
