Seeing the Nettleton gym in downtown Chico completely transformed into a stunning event space was really special - it was the first time the event had been held at the gym and it turned out beautifully and gave donors a chance to witness the programs that are offered and be on the same grounds where their money helps fund community programs that support the youth.
This gala is the Club’s most impactful fundraiser and ensures the funding for the programs that impact over 2,000 youth each year between the 10 Club sites in Chico, Hamilton City, Paradise, Magalia, Oroville, and Juvenile Hall.
It was an absolute honor to capture this event and witness what happens when heart centered humans on a mission show up, support and celebrate their community and program participants as a way to share with donors the impact of their support. All of the desserts were donated by local community members and raffled off to the highest bidder! What a fun way to witness Chico coming together to enjoy an evening & make an impact in our youths lives for the better.
